Chaplain Eddie Wilson Sr.
Chaplain Eddie Wilson Sr., 'Mr. Resiliency', is the founder of Wilson International Institute for Change (WIIFC). He holds over 13 degrees in the areas of education, psychology, business, marketing, human services, human resource development, management, pastoral counseling, ministry and divinity. With over 20 years of military service, Eddie retired as an Army Reserve Battalion Chaplain. As a leading authority and communicator, Eddie has many years of experience speaking, teaching, and coaching others on the importance of self-care, self-love, self-respect. Building personal resilience to achieve maintain family, life and career balance. Lastly, developing the skills to effectively cope with TRAUMA-DRAMA in different stages of life!
Inspiring and Challenging
Eddie's calling to hospice work has inspired him to challenge people from all walks of life to live life to the fullest by validating the remaining portion of their lives. Eddie finished his military career serving as a 'wounded warrior' in transition within the Army's Warrior Transition Units (WTU). He continues to
exemplify his courage to validate his life through his own quest to be an encouragement and an inspiration to millions as he deals with his own debilitating and life-altering battle with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Eddie views MS and other debilitating and terminal illnesses not as death sentences but as "Life Sentences" to commit to living well each and every moment of every day to the fullest! Eddie is known to say, "Hospice changed the way I see the flow of life." To him, hospice is both a privilege and honor to stand at this life's exit doors and peacefully usher them through with the highest forms of dignity and respect.

Eddie has delivered numerous business and motivational presentations for churches, government agencies, colleges, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. One of Eddie’s greatest passions is having the privilege of being able to touch, reach, and speak to the youth; particularly at-risk youth.
As a well-regarded and popular college educator with over a decade of teaching experience, his teaching philosophy and style is packed with energy, enthusiasm, and excitement as well as the commitment to challenge adult learners to press into and embrace their greatness and uniqueness. For Eddie, speaking, coaching and education are not career paths but rather his passion, calling, and life mission.
